Scope of activity
MLC provides consulting and software development services in the fields of artificial intelligence, data solutions and Python development, together with functional analysis and design services. Services are delivered to business clients (B2B).
Terms of business
Work is carried out on the basis of a written quotation or engagement confirmation agreed in advance, which sets out scope, deliverables, rate or fixed price, and payment terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Belgian law applies to all agreements, and the courts of the judicial district in which the registered office is located have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to the deliverables produced specifically for them, including source code and documentation, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. Pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how used to produce the deliverables remain the property of MLC.
Liability
Services are provided with professional care. Liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the engagement concerned and does not extend to indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this statement excludes liability where Belgian law does not permit it to be excluded.
